Refund & Cancellation Policy

Consultations & Programs

Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund or credit towards a future session.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged the full session fee.
No-Shows: Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice will be charged in full.

Digital Products (eBooks, Guides, Downloadables)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download link or file has been delivered. No refunds or exchanges are available.

Programs & Packages

Refunds are not issued for partially completed packages. If you are unable to continue due to unforeseen circumstances, unused sessions may be credited toward future services at my discretion.
